At Schierle Stahlrohre, we follow a formal hiring process in which face-to-face interviews (either in person or via video conference) play an important role. We provide all of our employees with the equipment they need on their first day of work and at no point do we ask them to pay for anything in advance, such as hardware, insurance or work permits.
