After sawing, many workpieces undergo further machining. To ensure maximum precision and quality, we ensure optimum starting conditions by demagnetizing, straightening and deburring. These work steps make a decisive contribution to dimensional accuracy and process reliability in subsequent production.
Demagnetization removes residual magnetism from the material, which can occur during sawing or other processing steps. This process prevents chips from sticking, avoids interference during subsequent processing (e.g. grinding or measuring) and allows you to continue processing the products immediately.
After sawing or other machining, tubes and rods are straightened if necessary. This ensures that the material is straight and dimensionally accurate - an essential prerequisite for perfect further machining and precise assembly.
